This page shows our complete range of DAF nozzles, expressly designed for Dissolved Air Flotation water treatment applications, and in the above images are shown (starting by left) our WS series, WT series and new WR series Spraytecs DAF nozzles.
They are available in different plastics (HDPE suitable for drinking water applications, PP, PVDF, PPFV or others) and stainless steel (AISI 316L).
Materials and production are all strictly of West Europe origin, with certificates available.
DAF nozzles are available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" body threads, depending by flow rates and here below are shown some standard model data sheets (but we make any customized set of DAF nozzle model, tailored for your plant requirements):
Our DAF nozzles are currently well satisfying many DAF clarifiers engineers in all the world in last 10 years, part of them in DAF drinking water treatment plants, desalination and waste water recycle processing.

WS SERIES - DAF process nozzle
WS DAF nozzles are designed to give a superior result in the correct, amplified and better diffusion of the air saturated "white-water" in your DAF process.
We developed and installed these nozzles since 2014, in many DAF plants of all dimensions, worldwide.
We give direct support to your DAF plant design, and for all orders we manufacture the correct DAF nozzles flow rate as per your plant requirements.

WR SERIES - DAF process nozzle
WR series DAF nozzles are designed to give an excellent result in the efficient spreading of diffusion of the air saturated "white-water" in your DAF process, with perforrnances near to the WS series nozzle, but more suitable for rough, hard working conditions.
