These SPRAYTECS full cone nozzles contain a swirler inside designed to produce a square shape spray.
The obtained result is a uniform spray, ideal to cover totally the targeted surfaces and with maximum efficiency in terms of minimal amount of fluid used for this purpose.
As the liquid enters the nozzle, it flows over and through the swirl.
This causes the swirling of the liquid, starting with an initial rotational movement.
The nozzle is suitably designed so to ensure the continuous rotation of the internal fluid.
Before the liquid is projected outside the nozzle, through the orifice, it interacts with a milling operation crossed on the front of the nozzle exit.
At this stage the jet of the liquid finally takes the square shape you want to offer a complete and efficient area coverage, that is the result desired by the industrial process designer.
These SPRAYTECS nozzles are available in stainless steel 303 and 316, in brass and also in other materials on request. Thread sizes start by 1/8" BSPT to 2 1/2", depending by flow rate.
Special flow rates may be made on customer request, despite not shown in the below datasheets.
1/8" BSPT version.
