Multiple Heads Full Cone spray nozzles

(page under construction, further information to be added in next days, please send us an email for specific questions in case of interest in this nozzle)

This spray pattern is formed from a series of full cone spray patterns focused in a defined configuration. This produces a wide-angle cone with fine or very fine atomized droplets, depending from design, working pressure and flow rate of the nozzle.

Multiple Heads full cone nozzles can produce fine or very fine droplets using only hydraulic pressure.

The full cone spray pattern results from the interaction of several full cone sprays, in number starting by 6 or 7 nozzle heads to 13 or 16 nozzle heads, depending by model.

Since the droplet size partly depends upon the nozzle size (among other factors), these multi-orifice nozzles produce a finer spray than a standard full cone single-orifice nozzle working at the same pressure and delivering the same quantity of liquid.

The design of SPRAYTECS nozzle bodies produces a wide angle spray while maintaining the fine droplet dimensions.

We can make for you special flow rate versions of these nozzles, tailored on your application.

The picture on the left shows the spray pattern for every single nozzle head.

Depending by the number of heads in a nozzle, you can cover angles of 360° * 130°, or 360° * 180°, or 360° * 360°.
